About Me ​

I am Yuyang Wu, "yu" for the rain and "yang" for the sun. My name is recommended to be pronounced as "You-young Woo".

I am currently a Ph.D. student at the Department of Biostatistics, City University of Hong Kong, where I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Zudi Lu. Prior to this, I worked as a research assistant at the Department of Decision Analytics and Operations from 2025 to 2026, under the supervision of Prof. Baojun Dou. I received my M.Sc. in Business Statistics from the City University of Hong Kong ranked 1 among 180 students in 2025, and B.Sc. in Applied Statistics from South China Normal University in 2024.
